What to expect:
Practice is the most important part of somatic healing. Repeated, small, do-able shifts build new neural pathways that lead to a more embodied and relaxed life. But practice can also be the most difficult part of somatic healing - it can be hard to find the time & motivation amidst all the things.
That’s why this 5-day mini course contains short, sweet daily practices you can do at your own pace.
For the next 5 days, you will receive guided practices delivered straight to your inbox:
Day 1 - Your Blueprint of Health - trauma theory lesson
Day 2 - Full Body Tuneup - movement practice
Day 3 - The Art of Resourcing - audio practice
Day 4 - The Glimmer List - journal prompts
Day 5 - Invoking a Valiant Resource - audio practice
You can complete these pre-recorded lessons on your own timing (and you get to keep the recordings for a year), however, if you want to take advantage of the LIVE summer course momentum, we suggest doing the practices during the week of July 10th and joining the live calls for additional guidance & community support.
Live calls will be facilitated by Kelsey Maeve, somatic trauma resolution coach, and will include a grounding, gentle movement practice, suggestions on how to set yourself up for success and group Q&A. Replays will be available.
