The Art of Resourcing

Resourcing is a foundational practice to nourish your nervous system.

A resource can be anything inside your body, in your environment or in your imagination - that connects you to your blueprint of health. When we are working with trauma or healing difficult emotions, it is important to practice resourcing so that you don’t get overwhelmed or “blown out” by the size or momentum of the difficulty.

Imagine if your momentum of health & resource could be bigger, deeper, wider, stronger, older and more powerful than the momentum of trauma? That is what we are working towards, and the more you practice connecting to resource, the more habitual it can become to lean into your blueprint when things are going well, or when you are feeling challenged.

This 11 minute guided audio practice will help you to connect with both inner & outer resources to soothe and nourish your nervous system. This is a great practice that you can do on a day to day basis when you are feeling neutral to good, and it's also a great practice for when you are feeling triggered or overwhelmed & need some help getting back to center.
