Your Blueprint of Health

Your blueprint of health exists in and around you.

It is the part of you that is already healthy & strong and can be called upon in good times and in times of challenge.

The most magical thing? Your blueprint of health can never be broken. Yes, it can go underground, it can be covered up, but it can never be wounded.

Our bodies & emotional bodies can be wounded, our human-ness is wound-able, but the blueprint of health exists beyond this. This means that even our wounding doesn’t change our core worthiness or blueprint of health.

Explore relating to your blueprint of health as a resource.

You can start your day, your zoom call, your date, your difficult conversations, or therapy sessions by tapping into your blueprint, which will support you to ride the waves of experience that arise (from pain to pleasure, challenge to ease).

For now, just notice what it’s like to move through the world knowing that your blueprint of health exists. There are lots of ways you can amplify your blueprint as a somatic practice & we will be exploring that together throughout the week.
