Somatic coaching sessions offer a space for you to practice embodied resourcing and co-regulation.

These sessions are a great way for returning clients to work on a focused topic or get some extra support when you need it with low-commitment.

They can also be a great way to try out somatic coaching in a low-pressure environment and offer your nervous system some loving support to give you extra stability, strength & capacity.

These one-off sessions are not for diving into deep trauma (my longer term coaching program would be a better fit for that).

Sometimes it can be difficult to anchor into presence and a sense of safety when you are doing it alone. Having the help of another attuned nervous system can make a huge difference in getting there.

The details

75-minute sessions offered on a sliding scale of $175-275

Each session includes a followup email with an individualized practice for your integration

We will meet on zoom & you can book from anywhere in the world.

Here’s how it works:

The full fee per session is $225. This covers my costs as a practitioner.

The sliding scale is offered as a way to make these sessions available for more people. I am offering these tiers on a trust-basis & you can self-select your fee.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you are invited to pay the reduced fee of $175.

If you are experiencing financial abundance and want to help make the reduced fee slots possible, you are invited to use the pay-it-forward fee of $275.

I’ve included a graphic & some short descriptions for each level to help you figure out where you land on the scale developed with help from Worts and Cunning. This model is not exact, so please use these descriptions as a suggestion to find the right rate for you.

Use this rate if…

  • I am comfortably able to meet my basic needs (like food, housing & transportation)

  • I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

  • I own my home/property or rent a higher end property

  • I own or lease a car

  • I am employed or do not need to work to meet my needs

  • I have regular access to health care

  • I have access to financial savings

  • I have an expendable income for things like going out to shows, buying new clothes, products & services & can buy new items each month

  • I can afford an annual vacation or take time off

Use this rate if…

  • I may stress about meeting my basic needs (like food, housing & transportation) but still regularly achieve them

  • I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

  • I rent a property or have stable housing

  • I own or lease a car

  • I am employed

  • I have access to healthcare

  • I might have access to financial savings

  • I have some expendable income for things like going out to shows, buying new clothes, products & services

  • I am able to buy some new items & I thrift others

  • I can take a vacation annually or every few years without financial burden

Use this rate if…

  • I frequently stress about meeting basic needs & don’t always achieve them

  • I have debt and it sometimes prohibits me from meeting my basic needs

  • I rent lower-end properties or have unstable housing

  • I do not have a car and/or have limited access to a car but I am not always able to afford gas

  • I am unemployed or underemployed & qualify for government assistance including food stamps & healthcare

  • I have no access to savings

  • I have no or very limited expendable income expendable income for things like going out to shows, buying new clothes, products & services

  • I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them

  • I cannot afford a vacation or have the ability to take time off without financial burden
