Welcome! I’m so glad you found your way here. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your own body, unsure where to begin, or afraid that something about you is “too much.”
My path of healing from complex trauma hasn’t been linear, fast, or glamorous, but it has certainly been real. Little by little, I have learned to relate to my body with more kindness, and less pressure, and I have gone from almost daily panic attacks to none at all.
The practices I teach come directly from what helped me move from bracing against myself to belonging with myself.
